The room was super clean and the bed was really comfy 😊. I also had a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a fridge at my disposal, which was convenient. The location of this place was great and the staff, especially James the manager, were amazing people.

I had an excellent experience here, everything was wonderful, the location was favourable not far from restaurants, shopping and interstate, and South Haven. I was pleased with great service. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

The pool here is awesome 🏊‍♂️, and you can conveniently park your car on the premises. Plus, this venue is situated really close to a variety of shops and eateries, making it super easy to explore the area behind the scenes and check out the Bistro.

The room was really clean and nice, plus it had a great shower, fresh towels, and cool A/C. It was in a perfect spot, super close to all the restaurants, the Bistro, and the lively downtown scene 🌟.

Clean rooms, COMFY bed, great location

I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my mom since that is the only thing she requested. However, it wasn't working and when I asked about it, the lady at the front desk half-heartedly said she'd check with "Robert" about fixing it. That was the first evening and it was still broken the next evening. Also, we asked for a luggage cart and again, was half-heartedly told someone must have all of them. We never saw one the whole time we were there. When we asked for one to load our luggage the last morning still no cart. And the free coffee was not good!

Rooms were nice for the value and the staff was excellent

Pool was frighteningly small, not sure what sets this hotel apart from the other five on the same street besides staff.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and we felt comfortable in our room. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful round sofa in the room. The bed was incredibly comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pillows. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They truly made us feel welcome. Additionally, we appreciated the presence of a security guard, who was also very friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just outside of Memphis, making it a safe place for our car. We were able to walk to many great restaurants, and it was only a short drive to popular attractions like Graceland. this hotel was perfect for our needs, and we can't wait to come back!

The location was perfect for where we needed to go, the room was modern and lovely, and the shower and A/C were great.

The staff here is friendly and provided helpful tourist information, and the location is great, just a short walk from Desoto Cinema Grill.

The restaurant inside had helpful staff, and everyone was professional and kind. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The location was great, with nearby restaurants, stores, and easy access to the highway.

Clean place, staff are VERY GOOD, location is marvellous. Incredibly comfortable rooms complete with the shower, the A/C and the bathroom. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the Memphis area.
